Order Processing

Orders require 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom: 5–15 business days

United States: 7–20 business days

Europe: 7–20 business days

Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Some items may ship separately depending on availability and suppliers.

International Shipping

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are not included and must be paid by the customer. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take several days depending on the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier issues, weather conditions, or seasonal volume. The Temple is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will assist where possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours, household members, or your local depot. If still missing, contact us within 10 business days for support.
